Millog is the the official distributer for Euroheater’s high-quality and durable portable heaters in Finland. These heaters are versatile and can improve the security supply of the society while ensuring the safety of people in emergency situations.
Millog Oy has entered into a distribution agreement with the Norwegian company Euroheater AS. Euroheater manufactures high-quality and durable portable heaters that can be used to heat various spaces, even under extremely harsh conditions. Compared to traditional heaters, they provide heat with low fuel consumption and can be safely operated from outside the space. The heaters are quiet and easily portable. All components used in the manufacturing of the devices are CE marked and meet European quality standards. The production and assembly are done in Canada and Norway.
For various operating environments
The heaters can be used in search and rescue missions, civil protection, fire and rescue services, police work, and readiness organizations. There are also Euroheater models available for military use, and they have a NATO Stock Number (NSN), a 13-digit NATO inventory number. This means the product is approved by NATO countries. The functionality and durability of the device have been proven through extensive testing in extremely demanding Arctic conditions and at high altitudes.
– This is a good product for increasing operational reliability by keeping people and spaces warm in emergency situations. For example, patients can be easily and quickly warmed during rescue operations, such as when removing them from vehicles or structures or during transportation. Heat can be provided to temporary spaces, tents, or vehicles. The heater can also be used to improve the ventilation of spaces. There are many different ways to use it, says Toni Piispa, Head of the Authorities and Industry sector at Millog.
Expertise in Arctic conditions
The heaters can be fueled with diesel, biodiesel, or kerosene in a 7.5-liter tank, and the heater can also be powered by a battery or the electric grid. At low power, a full tank provides heat for up to 72 hours, while at full 4 kW output, the heat lasts for 15 hours.
– In Finland, with its long and cold winters, people understand what it takes to survive and operate in the hardest environments. We are delighted by the confidence that Millog has shown in our products, both for the military and civilian market, says Carl Ronny Olsen, CEO of Euroheater.
– We are very grateful to Euroheater for choosing Millog as the official distributor of their products in Finland, and we are excited to begin this collaboration. Euroheater’s products are developed for demanding Arctic winter conditions and are made from very high-quality materials. With this growing partnership, we are confident that we can serve our customers even better together, adds Piispa.
